Partner terms — day experiences at The Namkhan 1. Commission. You earn commission on every client who visits The Namkhan and pays, booked with your code or your link. Your commission rate is set when we approve your application and is shown in your partner area. 2. Client discount. Your clients get 5 % off the website prices when they book with your code. 3. Payment. We pay your commission every month by BCEL bank transfer, on a monthly statement you can see in your partner area. A statement is locked once it is approved. 4. Collecting from clients. You may collect the money from your client yourself and settle with us. The monthly statement nets it: your commission (plus referral earnings) minus what you collected. A payment counts as collected by you only when our front desk records it as paid by you (the partner); if your client pays at the resort or by our payment link, the money is ours and you get your normal commission. If the result is negative, you pay us that amount by BCEL transfer. 5. Term. This contract runs for 12 months from the day we approve you and renews automatically. Either side may end it at any time with a written message (WhatsApp or e-mail). 6. Returning clients. When a client you brought comes back, you earn commission on that visit too — while the contract runs and for 12 months after it ends. 7. Bringing other partners. When you bring another partner, you earn 2 % of what that partner's clients pay, for 12 months from that partner's first paid booking. 8. Your clients stay your clients. We never market to the clients you bring. 9. No self-referral. Bookings for yourself, your staff or your own business do not earn commission.
