This cooking class in Luang Prabang starts at 11:00 and runs for three hours. You cook with produce from the resort's own organic farm — the same farm that supplies restaurant Roots — and sit down to eat what you have made. From 14:00 the rest of the afternoon is yours: the infinity pool, the river beach on the Khan River, the chess garden and the gardens and grounds. The pass runs until 17:30, so there is time to swim, read and watch the light change over the water. The Namkhan sits by the Khan River, about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town by tuk-tuk or taxi, and a free shuttle runs from the city centre — message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.
