This spa day begins at 10:30 with Aroma of Laos, a 90-minute couples massage in Luang Prabang that you enjoy side by side. All spa facilities are included, so from 12:15 you can move between the sauna and the rock pool at the jungle spa. At 13:15 a wellness set lunch is served at Roots, on the terrace above the Khan River. From 14:15 the infinity pool, the chess garden and the gardens and grounds are yours until 17:00. The pass is booked per person, so book one for each of you. The Namkhan sits by the Khan River, about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town by tuk-tuk or taxi, and a free shuttle runs from the city centre — message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.

What should I bring?

Your reservation number and swimwear for the pools, sauna and rock pool (swimwear is required in the mixed sauna). Everything else is ready for you.

How do I book, and when is it confirmed?

Send a booking request. Reception confirms on WhatsApp, usually within 2 hours during the day.

Do I pay online?

No, there is nothing to pay online. Pay at the resort, or by the BCEL payment link sent with your confirmation.

Can I cancel?

Yes, cancellation is free up to 4 hours before your visit.

How do I get to the resort?

The Namkhan is about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town by tuk-tuk or taxi, and about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. A free shuttle runs from the city centre — message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.

Can I bring children?

Children are very welcome. The resort is large — please keep your children in sight at all times.
