Scavenger Hunt for Kids, Picnic & Pool

Your child sets off on a scavenger hunt with our kids host along the river beach and the gardens, then a farm-to-table picnic together and an afternoon at the pool and the playground.

Not included: Transport to and from the resort. A free shuttle runs from Luang Prabang city centre (message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points), or add a private pickup when you book (Luang Prabang and nearby, up to 20 km).

The day of kids activities in Luang Prabang starts at 10:00, when our kids host leads a nature scavenger hunt for children aged 5 to 12, searching the river beach and the gardens for 60 minutes. Parents can stroll the gardens or settle into the chess garden in the meantime. At midday the family meets again for a picnic basket filled with produce from the resort's own organic farm. The afternoon is for the infinity pool, the river beach and the outdoor sports area and playground, until the day ends at 16:00. The Namkhan is by the Khan River, about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town by tuk-tuk or taxi. A free shuttle runs between the city centre and the resort — message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.
