Plant, Harvest & Farm Lunch

Work alongside our farm team on our own organic farm — plant and harvest what is ripe — then a farm-to-table lunch at Roots and a slow afternoon at the pool and in the gardens.

Not included: Transport to and from the resort. A free shuttle runs from Luang Prabang city centre (message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points), or add a private pickup when you book (Luang Prabang and nearby, up to 20 km).

This harvest day starts at 10:00 on our organic farm in Luang Prabang, where you spend 90 minutes with the farm team planting new beds and picking whatever is ready that day. It is hands-on, outdoor work at an easy pace. At 11:30 you sit down at Roots, the farm-to-table restaurant on its terrace above the Khan River, for two courses and dessert made with produce from the same farm. From 12:30 the afternoon is yours at the infinity pool, in the chess garden and around the gardens until 15:30. The Namkhan is by the Khan River, about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town by tuk-tuk or taxi. A free shuttle runs between the city centre and the resort — message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.

No. There is nothing to pay online: pay at the resort, or by the BCEL payment link sent with your confirmation.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before your day.

How do I get to The Namkhan?

Take a tuk-tuk or taxi — about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town or from the airport. There is also a free shuttle from the city centre; message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.
