The morning is a 90-minute botanical watercolour class in the resort's gardens, led by a local artist. The class can go ahead in rain. Afterwards, a wellness set lunch is served at Roots, the farm-to-table restaurant on its terrace above the Khan River. Spend the afternoon at the infinity pool, the games garden and the gardens and grounds. For a quiet, creative painting class in Luang Prabang that residents and visitors can enjoy outside town, this is an easy day by the river.

How do I get to The Namkhan?

The resort is by the Khan River, about 15 minutes from Luang Prabang town by tuk-tuk or taxi. There is also a free shuttle from the city centre: message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points.
