How it runs
Arrival — check in at reception, then a welcome tea at the jungle spa
Sauna and ice bath — 30 minutes

The Namkhan Contrast Ritual runs for 120 minutes. It opens with 30 minutes moving between heat and cold. Then comes a 30 minute full body scrub, and finally a 60 minute aromatherapy massage with warming ginger oil. Your therapist asks about pressure, allergies and any health conditions before starting. If you want a sauna in Luang Prabang with an ice bath built in, this is the ritual.
For your sauna and ice bath in Luang Prabang, the sauna is heated ahead of your arrival and the ice bath is ready, in the jungle spa at The Namkhan, by the Khan River and about 15 minutes from town. Come early if you like and use the shower and rock pool first.
Afterwards there is herbal tea and water, and time to rest before you leave.

Not includedTransport to and from the resort. A free shuttle runs from Luang Prabang city centre (message us on WhatsApp for times and pick-up points), or add a private pickup when you book (Luang Prabang and nearby, up to 20 km).
PaymentOnce we confirm your time, our reservations team sends a BCEL payment link for the full amount. Pay it within 12 hours, at the latest 2 hours before your visit, or the place is released.
