This retreat structures your entire stay around a daily practice: morning sessions in the open-air pavilion above the Nam Khan, guided meditation, breathwork, and the physical environment of the property woven into every part of the experience.

Your day at The Namkhan

No timetable to keep. The day has a shape, and you step into as much of it as you want.

SunriseMorning session in the open-air pavilion above the Nam Khan, as the first light touches the water. Yoga, guided meditation and breathwork — all levels, every morning.
BreakfastAt ROOTS, surrounded by the organic farm that grew it. A signature smoothie or juice, herbal tea after.
Late morningThe Jungle Spa — rock pool therapy, herbal sauna, steam, and the river-view ice bath. Or the infinity pool. Or nothing.
AfternoonCultural immersion: local ceremonies, a guided walk through the working farm with the farm team, or the daily shuttle into Luang Prabang's UNESCO old town.
