庄园依南康河而建，园内花木扶疏，农场运营如常，无边泳池悬于水面之上，更有私属河滩。14间客房与别墅，最多容纳30位宾客——规模恰到好处，既适合静修团体，又不失私密感，远离会议中心的喧嚣。

30间客房临河而立，可整体租赁供单一团体使用，亦可部分包场。
