15:00 到达，在午后渐凉时于无边泳池、国际象棋花园和花园中安顿下来。 17:00，暮色降临时在 Khan River 边进行一场 90 分钟的私人河畔引导冥想。18:30 在河流上方露台的 Roots 入座，享用以度假村自有有机农场食材制作的老挝品鉴菜单。这场河畔冥想与老挝晚餐于 19:30 结束。 The Namkhan 位于 Khan River 畔，距琅勃拉邦市区约 15 分钟车程，可乘嘟嘟车或出租车前往。市中心与度假村之间有免费班车——班次时间和上车地点请通过 WhatsApp 询问。

须知

集合地点抵达后请到前台登记，工作人员会带您前往泳池，稍后再带您到河边冥想。
携带物品与着装您的预订编号，以及泳池、桑拿和岩石泳池所需的泳衣（男女混用桑拿须穿泳衣）。其他一切都已为您备好。
着装要求泳池和岩石泳池请穿泳衣——男女混用桑拿须穿泳衣。我们提供浴袍。另请穿便于活动的舒适衣物，适合瑜伽和冥想。
年龄、体能与无障碍河畔冥想仅限 16 岁及以上宾客参加。
餐饮与饮食需求本通票包含：老挝品鉴菜单。如有过敏或饮食需求，请在预订时告知。

付款确认您的时间后，预订团队会发送全额 BCEL 付款链接。请在 12 小时内、最迟于到访前 2 小时付款，否则名额将被释放。
