一天从水上开始：在 Khan River 上划一小时皮划艇。回到岸上，在无边泳池、河滩和游戏花园从容度过。 下午交给丛林水疗中心：60 分钟运动按摩舒缓疲惫的手臂和肩膀，然后是桑拿。一天之内体验琅勃拉邦皮划艇与运动按摩，既能看河景又能好好恢复，距市区约 15 分钟。
