上午在河流上方的户外健身区度过，无边泳池和游戏花园就在旁边，随时可以游泳或休息。 中午，Roots 在 Khan River 上方的露台供应两道菜加甜点的农场直送午餐，选用度假村自有有机农场的食材。下午属于河滩以及花园和园区，包括植物园和有机生态农场。这张一日通票把琅勃拉邦健身房与午餐、泳池结合在一起，适合想在城外度过充实而活跃一天的人。

须知

集合地点抵达后请到前台登记，工作人员会带您前往户外健身区。
携带物品与着装您的预订编号，以及泳池、桑拿和岩石泳池所需的泳衣（男女混用桑拿须穿泳衣）。其他一切都已为您备好。
着装要求泳池和岩石泳池请穿泳衣——男女混用桑拿须穿泳衣。我们提供浴袍。
年龄、体能与无障碍这一天适合爱运动的成人和家庭。
餐饮与饮食需求本通票包含：农场直送午餐（两道菜及甜点）。如有过敏或饮食需求，请在预订时告知。
