Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
How far is the airport?
Luang Prabang airport is about 8 km away, around 15 minutes by car.
How do I get to the city centre?
A free shuttle runs between Luang Prabang city centre and The Namkhan. Ask our reservations team for the timetable and pick-up points.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, nothing to pay before check-in. Semi-flexible: free up to 14 days before arrival. Non-refundable and Advance purchase: charged the morning after booking, no refund. With every card booking we place a temporary US$1 hold the morning after booking to check the card.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children up to 5 stay free in the parents' bed or a cot (subject to availability); 6–12 years: extra bed at $30 per night including breakfast; over 12 they count as adults.
