Designed to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, restore energy, and create the conditions for the body and mind to rest properly for a few days. Plant-rich farm cuisine, daily therapeutic spa work, and structured but flexible daily practice, all working in the same direction. It is not a medical detox programme — it is a wellness commitment that asks you to genuinely step out of your normal rhythm.

Suits guests coming off a period of high stress, poor sleep or nutritional excess. Travellers, executives, parents of young children — anyone whose body is telling them to stop. No prior yoga or wellness experience required.

Sunrise
Morning yoga by the water at the riverside pavilion — group sessions on Essential, one-to-one with the wellness team on Immersion.
Breakfast
Plant-rich farm cuisine with detox drinks and herbal teas. No alcohol, no refined sugars, no heavy oils.
Midday
Therapeutic massage in an open-air jungle pavilion — one 60-minute massage on Balance, 60 minutes daily on Essential, 90 minutes daily on Immersion. Then the sauna and cold therapy.
Afternoon
Afternoon yoga, the eco-farm tour, or genuinely nothing. The property's quiet pace does a significant amount of the work.
Evening
A second plant-rich meal, herbal infusion, and an early night. The point is to let the body rest properly for a few days.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
How far is the airport?
Luang Prabang airport is about 8 km away, around 15 minutes by car.
How do I get to the city centre?
A free shuttle runs between Luang Prabang city centre and The Namkhan. Ask our reservations team for the timetable and pick-up points.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, nothing to pay before check-in. Semi-flexible: free up to 14 days before arrival. Non-refundable and Advance purchase: charged the morning after booking, no refund. With every card booking we place a temporary US$1 hold the morning after booking to check the card.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children up to 5 stay free in the parents' bed or a cot (subject to availability); 6–12 years: extra bed at $30 per night including breakfast; over 12 they count as adults.
